Industry Specific Compliance The MPERC issued the first amendment to Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Transmission Tariff) (Revision - V), Regulations, 2024.

The following has been stated:

• In regulation 2, ‘scope and extent of application’ of the principal regulation, a proviso shall be inserted;

• In regulation 27 of the principal regulation, regulation 27 shall be substituted;

• In regulation 33 of the principal regulation, regulation 33.4 shall be inserted after regulation 33.3.
